Airsack Returns Policy
Rest easy, Airsackers! Airsack’s returns policy is very simple. If you do not like your airsack, or it is not suitable – WHATEVER the reason – you can return it for a FULL refund within 60 days of delivery. You must provide us with proof of purchase.
The best part is that we will send a courier to come and get it for free! So, there is literally zero risk for you as our customer as you have Australia’s best returns policy of its kind. We believe in our product, we know you will love it and that is why we back it with such an air-tight (pun intended!) policy. It’s our ‘no-brainer’ returns policy.
There are exceptions to every rule of course. We can only offer this amazing free collection offer to customers within metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Hobart. What we offer if you live in regional areas that you transfer your Airsack to a metro location (a friend or family member) and we can then collect it from there. If this is not possible the customer is subject to 50% of costs incurred in recovering the items - we will pay the rest.
What do we do with returns? Well, to be honest – not a lot! We have not had enough returns (we can still count returns on one hand, after thousands of orders) to really come up with a plan for this – we are far too busy running the business to worry about it. But one thing is for sure, we do not resell them and until now we have just used them for display purposes whenever we do pop up sites.
