But we want you to be safe in the knowledge that if for whatever reason it doesn't work out - we've got your back.
Airsack’s returns policy is very simple. If you do not like your Airsack, or it is not suitable – WHATEVER the reason – you can return it undamaged for a FULL refund within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. The BEST part is that we will send a courier to come and get it for FREE in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth! So, there is literally zero risk for you as our customer as you have Australia’s best returns policy of its kind.
We believe in our product, we know you will love it and that is why we back it with such an air-tight (pun intended!) policy. It’s our ‘no-brainer’ returns policy.
If you live in regional areas that you transfer your Airsack to a metro location in the above cities (a friend or family member) and we can then collect it from there. If this is not possible the customer is subject to 50% of costs incurred in recovering the items - we will pay the rest.

If you have already exchanged an item for another size, but that size is also not suitable, we can still accept the return but a restocking and shipping fee will apply. Please ensure that if you are exchanging an item that you carefully measure the space in your room and consider carefully the colour choice.
Our free returns policy does not apply to orders of 5 or more Airsacks. There will be a shipping & restocking fee applied to such orders.
